Nike and Cactus Plant Flea Market join forces again for a new capsule collection. The collaboration, unveiled for the first time via Instagram with a lookbook that recalls the vintage school yearbooks, includes two Air Force 1s and a selection of six items inspired by the Nike's archive: windbreaker, crewneck sweatshirt, two long-sleeved t-shirts, cargo pants and a set of socks. All feature co-branding, a range of bold and eye-catching colors, patchwork or stylized graphics using the slogans "just do it" and "AIR SUNSHINE", which give the look a DIY twist.
When it comes to footwear, the two brands have focussed their attention on the renowned Air Force 1 silhouette, which has a new graphic inspired by that of the Air More Uptempo designed by Wilson-Smith in 1996. The shoe, available in both white and black, can be customized on the Nike By You platform by choosing between the words "Sunshine", "Flea" or "Air". In addition, shoppers can choose from seven different color reflective underlays for the lettering.
The Nike AF1 CPFM By You is already available on the Nike website, while the CPFM x Nike clothing capsule collection will be on sale on October 28.
