Release and Cop: adidas Stan Smith x Fucking Awesome

The American skateboarding brand Fucking Awesome - led by Jason Dill - has joined forces with adidas, to renew a  historic silhouette, the Stan Smith.
For this collaboration, the adidas Stan Smiths were removed of all their distinctive features and strengths that made them a style icon on and off the tennis courts, like the Three Stripes, the Stan Smith logo placed on the tabs or the clover on the backsides. 

All these details have been replaced by a monochromatic upper in orange and purple leather, contrasted by a completely black sole and by black metal eyelets, tone-on-tone laces, by non-symmetrical panels and the Fucking Awesome pins logo brooch laterally on the upper part. 

The adidas Stan Smith x Fucking Awesome will be released initially on September 14th through a private event in Paris and Tokyo. While a second release is scheduled for September 21st at the FA store in Los Angeles.
