Is Gucci about to reveal a new logo?
A new version of the double G has appeared on social media

There is a trend that has emerged in recent years: the change of logo. From Balmain to Burberry, from Celine to Saint Laurent, there are more and more brands that, often after the arrival of a new creative director, have chosen to renew their graphics with a more modern and linear variant (the referenced font is Sans Serif). This re-branding operation, which is very common even though it is very controversial, criticized above all for creating a sort of flattening, loss of identity, continues to be popular.
The next Maison to opt for a new image could be Gucci. There are still no official communications, but many have noticed that on the Chinese social media of the Tuscan fashion house (Gucci Weibo and WeChat) has appeared a variant of the original double G of 1933 with the letters crossed. The new logo, which has long embellished accessories such as jewellery and handbags, features the Gs overlapping and both facing right. Is this yet another revolution introduced by Alessandro Michele?
