“The Arrangement”: Bret Easton Ellis x Saint Laurent

New appointment with Self, the artistic project with which Saint Laurent celebrates the different aspects of the brand's identity through the eyes of artists selected by Anthony Vaccarello: from freedom of self-expression without censorship to diversity, from individuality to self-confidence. This time, after the photographer Daido Moriyama and the performance artist Vanessa Beecroft, the maison has chosen to collaborate with another iconic talent: Bret Easton Ellis. The American writer is the director of the latest video of SL, a short film that captures jealousy and obsession, evoking the feelings and atmosphere of his novels, works like American Psycho that have allowed the author to enter the history of contemporary literature. The protagonists of The Arrangement, in addition to the latest creations of SL, the aesthetic visions of Vaccarello and Easton Ellis, are the models Tes Linnenkoper and Dakota Lindvall, along with Hopper Penn, son of actor Sean Penn and of the beautiful Robin Wright aka Claire Underwood in the tv series House of Cards.
