London Fashion Week FW19 Moodboard
The inspirations directly from the catwalks
February 19th, 2019
Color, volume, hyperromantic femininity that turns girly without being cloying. In this LFW dedicated to the FW19 collections, we saw alternating garments of beauty and almost hypnotic aesthetics: from Mary Katrantzou with her spectacular creations inspired by the four elements of Empedocles to the clouds of tulle and color of Molly Goddard, become very famous after appearing in Killing Eve, arriving to Erdem's homage to Princess Orietta Doria Pogson Pamphiljv or to Simone Rocha and her girls who look like beautiful paintings. In front of us the images of Burberry's 90s kids clubs, Ashley Williams' 80s big hair, the witches condemned to the stake of Matty Bovan, the students of the Howard University of Grace Wales Bonner or the warriors of Kiko Kostadinov. Surely Instagram will be invaded for a long time by these and other collections presented in recent days. Thank God there is London Fashion Week to fill our eyes with beauty, making us forget the insipid NYFW!
