Fiorucci collaborates with adidas Originals Three-striped angels

Elio Fiorucci is a legend impossible to forget. His store and his unique and deliciously pop aesthetic, a technicolor mash-up of angels, ice creams, jeans, hearts, plastic, comics, art and animal prints has conquered all, from the young 80s women who proudly wore his first stretch jeans in lycra and denim, to legendary artists such as Warhol, Haring or Madonna.

For some years the brand has been entrusted to the British Janie and Stephen Schaffer, determined to bring back its nonconformist, optimistic and entertaining spirit to conquer the fashion scene. After having diffuse the "fioruccismo" with the first collections, now its accessible fashion, far from the elitism of the luxury brand, is ready to explore its vibrations sportswear with what is announced one of the most exciting collaborations of 2019. Fiorucci, in fact , joins forces with adidas Originals for a capsule that re-elaborates the brand's unparalleled graphic ability with the iconic characters and pieces of the German colossus. A unique mix of streetwear is born, designed for the Instagram generation brings a selection of garments like icon t-shirt with angels and the three stripes, the classic adidas Firebird suit in black vinyl and Samba Rose sneakers in a new red and cream version.

The first limited edition of the partnership between adidas and Fiorucci will be available worldwide from 15 February, just in time for London Fashion Week, but we can already observe the collage-style campaign images, created by the Parisian photographer Jean-Pacôme Dedieu. As the collection, the shots recall Fiorucci's 80s advertising, between popsicles and cocktails, highlight the fusion of the two brands' aesthetic with colorful images that recall the past and the present.
