Five hotels in the most exclusive cities in the world in ten years. This is the plan of Roberto Cavalli and Damac Properties, an investment of 0.5 billion dollars that should lead to the Italian brand, controlled by the Clessidra fund, a substantial strengthening of the business linked to the home design sector. The new adventure in partnership with the real estate company of the Arab tycoon Hussain Sajwani, will begin with the inauguration in 2023 of the Aykon hotel, a structure worth a total of 500 million dollars with 220 rooms on the Dubai Marina promenade with a spectacular view on the Palm Islands.

Horses that, as recalled by CEO Gian Giacomo Ferraris, "unites the world of fashion, interior design and lifestyle, combining the most elegant expressions of luxury with glamor and the best Italian taste with innovative craftsmanship, emotions and Mediterranean energies, rich in joie di vivre "will take care of the interior concept, all rigorously made in Italy, with furniture made by a company of Cantù and the vases from Tuscany. The construction site for the new building will open at the beginning of 2019, thus marking the entrance of Roberto Cavalli in the luxury hotel, but not his first real estate adventure. Parallel to the Aykon hotel, in fact, the Italian company is realizing the design of a series of villas and resot in Saudi Arabia in the area of Shams Ar Riyadh in collaboration with Dar Al-Arkan, the largest real estate entrepreneur in the Arab country.
