Virgil Abloh drops "TEXTBOOK" for everyone to see

Now that Virgil Abloh’s coveted “The Ten” sneaker collection has come to an end, and was unofficially wrapped up with the release of the Chuck Taylor 70 Converse shoes earlier this month, Nike and Virgil have now released a book commemorating the collection and give those who copped or not, a look back, along with an insight into the whole design process behind the iconic shoes. Called “TEXTBOOK” and originally released to a select few in fall 2017, the book has now been released online for all fans to have a look.

The 258-page book looks at the production of “TEN ICONS RECONSTRUCTED,” showcasing their design elements to the wide range of inspiration behind each piece. The book also includes behind-the-scenes images, as well as background stories going into the creation of the praised collection.
