4 things to know about @noonoouri Dior's favourite virtual blogger

Noonoouri seems to come directly from a manga cartoon. On her fancy Instagram profile, she describes herself as an 18-year-old girl, 1,5 m tall, living in the magical Paris. She defines herself as cute, curious and couture: in her blog she talks about fashion, beauty, lifestyle, art, culture and travel. But is really there behind this profile? Joerg Zuber, creative director at the branding and design agency Opium, defines his project as digital haute couture.

#1 Collaborations

In a very short time Noonoouri has become a real influencer, collaborating with the most prestigious brands: from Saint Laurent to Versace, Riccardo Tisci, Nike and Supreme. Carine Roitfeld - former Vogue Paris creative director- has supported this character since the beginning: in a short video the two are having breakfast together, as two normal friends do. On her ig profile there are many images referred to Roitfeld: Noonoouri jumping on a yellow New York cab sponsored by CR, Roitfeld's fashion magazine, or strolling around the Champs Elysees with the magazine under the arm.

#2 Dior

Dior and Noonoouri seem to have a special bond: the influencer often wears clothing from the Maison, embrancing above all the social message of the tees about feminism. Noonoouri in her profile states: I'm a woman. What's your superpower?

#3 Dior Cruise Show Takeover

In occasion of the Dior Cruise Show, held the 25th May in Paris, Noonoouri took over the Maison's instagram. She recounted the event from her arrival at the hotel, or her preparation for the show itself. Here the artificial influencer got to meet the guests and take pictures with them (as if she was a real person). She brought the followers even in the backstage, met the make-up artist of the show and Stephen Jones, who created the hats for the collection. Noonoouri was also photographed with Maria Grazia Chiuri, Dior creative director.

#4 What's Next

After years dominated by influencers and bloggers sitting front row, always pictured by street style photographers, it has come the time real fashionistas move over. Noonoouri is just the beginning of a new era of communication.
