Depop will open a store in Milan
After Los Angels, the vintage garments platform will also arrive in Italy

Do you know Depop, the app used by eight million people to buy, sell and exchange second-hand clothing?
Well, this month the company founded by Simon Beckerman inaugurated its first physical store in Los Angeles and announced plans to open more stores in New York, London and Milan by 2019.
The advantage of moving from virtual to real?
According to Beckerman:
“If you buy Uniqlo t-shirts, you’d just go online. But for vintage, unique pieces, and brands that are not easily found online, these are all things you want to touch, see, and experiment with. That’s why our stores will have a rotating inventory, with items that are best-of”.
And this is what you will find in the new spaces: a selection of items coming from the most popular local vendors on the app, but also meetings, events and photo shoots.
