After the debut of 2016 during an old edition of Pitti Uomo, Gosha Rubchinskiy renews its collaboration with RETROSUPERFUTURE and launches a new line of sunglasses.
The collection, presented in June last year, for the first time at the Russian show of the Russian designer, has a look reminiscent of the style of the rave culture of the 90s.
“Visually, our new collaboration is very different from the previous one”, Rubschinkiy told to i-D. “Nevertheless, it conveys the same mood and memories of the raves of the 90s. Bright colored lenses and metal frames, parties with electronic music, mixed with the feeling of summer.”
Each pair of glasses is a perfect blend of coolness that celebrates the shared influences between Russia and Western Europe in the field of youth culture.
