Balenciaga unveils the Women SS18 advertising campaign on Instagram

As is now its habit, Balenciaga launches the Women SS18 advertising campaign with a series of posts, directly from its Instagram profile.
The images taken by Agence Bestimage Paris trace paparazzi street shots to celebrities who do not want to be photographed and therefore cover their faces with bags and hands. Once again the Gvasalia brothers choose a normcore style that tries to reproduce moments of everyday life.
Lotta Volkova's styling creates outfits that perfectly embody the underground luxury of the collection presented a few months ago in Paris and mixes the punk tartan by Vivienne Westwood with the printed denim pieces, the oversized outerwear with the floating skirts, the mix'n match with the decorated maxibag.
It is a creative chaos that conquers fashionistas all over the world and that Demna Gvasalia defines as a homage to the DNA, to the Cristóbal Balenciaga methodology and, at the same time, to the collection in which he has put more of himself inside.
