Even for 2018 Nike has decided to pay tribute to the Black History Month (BHM), releasing a new sneakers collection inspired by Martin Luther King Jr.’s political battles and by public speech and records of the greatest athletes ever.
The colors used in the collection were inspired by the Pan-African flag, and by these Nike emphasizes the importance of solidarity between all people of African descent around the world.
Select shoes feature a significant date for both sports world, and human right of equality, diversity and inclusion.
A part of BHM collection was released on January 15, while the second wave will drop on February 1.
