Christian Louboutin x Star Wars: The Last Jedi
4 shoes for 4 fighters
December 12th, 2017
An announcement to all those who believe that fantasy, science, 'nerd-movies' have nothing in common with that world called 'fashion' or even more 'luxury': news for you, you're wrong!
And the crushing evidence is nothing less than the famous designer of women's shoes Christian Louboutin. The Disney, who will deal with the distribution of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, has in fact involved him in the project, inviting the designer to be overwhelmed by this fantasy world where everything can happen and where women are an important key element. That is why Christian Louboutin has created four different models of shoes inspired by Lady Rey (Daisy Ridley), Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo (Laura Dern), Capitan Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) and Rose Tico (Kelly Marie Tran). Two pairs of pumps and two pairs of high sandals corresponding to four real Star Wars female icons.
Each model, created specifically for the character, will be sold and then donated to Charity Buzz, to support the Force for Change charitable project of the Lucasfilm film company.
