A fascinating set of black and white photo

"The idea of the 'Black Carpet' was to convey the energy and rebel attitude of the runway collection in a capsule of eveningwear, while playing with the embellishment codes and the know-how of Dior, reworking the evening suit by pushing it in a more extreme interpretation".
Kris Van Assche told it trying to explain the idea behind this collection of Dior Homme, the trait d’union between the male evening wardrobe and the most rebellious side of the style born of the encounter with streetwear and sportswear.
If words are not enough to understand it, take a look at its latest advertising campaign shot by Patrick Demarchelier.
In black and white photographs, the French photographer chooses to enhance the shadows and nuances of noir creating an intriguing effect of loss of boundaries between the background and the subject that thus seem like a unicum in the act to emerge, as by magic, darkness .
No famous testimonial for this collection, no couple Robert Pattinson-Karl Lagerfeld, Boy George or A $ AP Rocky, just a group of emaciated and young, serious-looking models.
