Riccardo Tisci is back. The Givenchy's ex creative director, after a long break, announced a brand new partnership with NikeLab. The result will be a sneakers and apparel capsule that will drop this weekend. The rumors about an exclusive contract between the Italian designer and Nike hadn't already been confirmed. However every other popular rumor about Riccardo Tisci, like the one who wanted him as next the new Versace creative director, seems to be vanished. Yet the new RT x NikeLab are not the only interesting kick dropping this weekend.
Riccardo Tisci X Nike Air Force 1 High
Tisci is reworking AF1 once again. His renowned love for basketball and his unique capability to blend street and luxury make him the perfect candidate to reinvent the historic silhouette. The sneakers will come in two colorways that remind colorful the Givenchy SS14 color palette and will be available in selected Nike retailers and online.
Nike Air Vapormax "Triple Black"
After the huge success of the Asphalt/Black colorway, Air Vapormax come back in core Black for the first time since their debut. Silhouette and detailing will remain inalterated. The cushioning system will also be black-coated. The sneakers will be available in limited quantities in selected Nike retailers and Online.
Nike "Wheat" pack
Ten silhouettes in this esclusive Wheat colorway are about to hit the shelves. Th1is peculiar pack has been inspired by fall and also by Nike growing love for sneaker/workboots hybridization. Then models have been chosen for this exclusive pack and all of them will feature a special Flax hue and gumsoles. The Wheat pack will include: Air More Uptempo, Air Force 1 High, Air Max 90 Ultra 2.0, Air Max 1, Air Max BW, Air Force Max, Air Warache, Air Woven Boot, Air Max 95 Sneakerboot and Air Footscape Woven. The 10 sneakers will be available in selected Nike retailers and online.
mastermind x Vans Mountain Edition
Lately the Japanese cult brand has been really busy with sneakers collaborations. Straight after the adidas EQT capsule, a new sneaker collab has been announced. This time mastermind will rework Vans Mountain Edition. Surely Not the most usual Vans model, yet the signature Mastermind Black/White color scheme and printed logos on the soles matches perfectly with this design. The sneaker will be available only at Mastermind Japan store and in Vans stores exclusively throughout Japan.
