LA VIDA DE SITA - the new video project that takes you on a journey with Sita Abellan

On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of Nike Air Force 1, Sita Abellan and Nike join forces to pay homage to a sneaker that is a cultural icon with a new video project: LA VIDA DE SITA.

Through six videos featuring exclusive interviews with hosts belonging to both the contemporary fashion and music scene, LA VIDA DE SITA describes and tells not only American sneaker culture but reveals, episode after episode, even unreleased details about Sita Abellan's life, discovering that unique vision that made her one of the prominent female figures of the scene streetwear.

In addition to LA VIDA DE SITA, Sita Abellan worked with Nike at a special Air Force 1 where several stylistic codes are mixed through the use of elements of the rave and techno culture combined with a surreal and post-modern touch.

"What is important to me about this project isto inspire people to get what they want from life, no matter where they come from or what they have ... It's a project especially dedicated to those women and girls who live in countries where they are considered less than men",

said Sita Abellan.
