February 9th, 2017
Here we are (maybe). The rumors about Riccardo Tisci coming to Versace seem to have become reality. According to WWD "the ink is dry" on Tisci's contract, the signature that will transform the Apulian designers in the new creative director of the jellyfish's brand. After a 12-year partnership, Tisci has left his job at Givenchy and immediately have multiplied the allegations of collaboration with the label headed by Donatella Versace, man's great friend and careful business woman determined to take her company to a increasing success. It definitely would be huge not only the hype, but also the economic revenue brought by Tisci who had grown a French house six times during his tenure, with revenues estimated today over 500 million euro. The things are done? It now seems certain, although for an official announcement will probably have to wait until February 24, the date of the Versace fashion show in Milan. Stay tuned for more updates in the meantime we whisper "Congratulations Riccardo”.
