Along with a shopping guide to copy the look
September 24th, 2019
After New York and London, the Milano Fashion Week has officially come to an end. Starting with Prada, which kicked off the week with a vibrant collection filled with '20s, '70s and '80s references, what caught our attention in the backstage of the SS20 shows were the beauty looks of the models, studied and designed to perfection, undisputed stars at Fendi and MM6 Maison Margiela.
Inspirational beauty moments that brought to the attention what will be the beauty trends of next season, focusing on two main elements: the make-up and the hair. Are you ready to discover them?
nss G Club has selected for you the best beauty looks of the Milan Fashion Week along with a mini shopping guide to replicate them.
Prada
For Prada models, the legendary make-up artist Pat McGrath went for a clean look with a rebel twist thanks to bold black brushes under the eyebrows and a veil of lipstick. For the hair, hairstylist Guido Palau has created very sophisticatedly and ultra pulled back hairdos with short sideburns, for a very boyish finish.

Max Mara
At Max Mara, models with the likes of Joan Smalls, Kaia Gerber and Bella Hadid sported bold black lips created by make-up artist Tom Pecheaux, contrasting with the clean and minimal foundation, very Addams style. When it comes to the hairstyle, designed by the Sam McKnight team, stand out braids with a central part and short cuts.

MM6 Maison Margiela
The beauty look as well as the entire MM6 Maison Margiela show, drew inspiration from the John Lennon and Yoko Ono wedding back in 1969, with models-brides sporting a plain beauty look, slightly pale and with long veils or padded headbands, as designed by hairstylist Kiyoko Odo. The faces were clean and with slightly colorful lips with a nude effect.

Peter Pilotto
For Peter Pilotto and Christopher de Vos, make-up artist Inge Grognard went for vibrant brushes in orange and blue on the eyelids, for a very catchy look. Also, the hairstyle, created by Jawara, recalls a very bright and funny mood, thanks to deconstructed beach waves.

Fendi
The inspiration arrives directly from Euphoria: ruffled hairdos and shiny, glittering make-up, designed respectively by Sam McKnight and Peter Phillips. A fresh and sensual look where the easy chic double buns match perfectly the black glittering eyeshadows. Zendaya would love this.

Marco De Vincenzo
A mix of glitters, fake eyelashes in a number of nuances and a glowing foundation for the Marco de Vincenzo models, as designed by make-up artist John Stapleton, very disco style. A bit classic, a bit funny and joyous, the beauty look recalls perfectly the classic looks of the catwalk, enriched by over the top and exaggerated details. The updo is soft and sexy as well, made by hairstylist Massimiliano Mattei.

Gucci
Extra jelly lip gloss, fake eyelashes (on the eyebrows) and geometric braids: a minimal and clean beauty look characterized the models that a few days ago walked at the Gucci Hub. The focus was also on the bangs, that this year is even bolder thanks to micro lengths by hairstylist Paul Hanlon.
