The 69th edition of the Cannes Film Festival debuts tomorrow.
This year’s poster is a frame from Le Mépris, iconic 1963 movie directed by Jean-Luc Godard, and the event will be inaugurated by Café Society, Woody Allen’s latest endeavour starring Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg, that you may remember as the protagonist of The Social Network and To Rome With Love.
The jury, chaired by George Miller (Mad Max, The Witches of Eastwick), will be composed by Kirsten Dunst, Valeria Golino, Mads Mikkelsen, László Nemes, Vanessa Paradis, Donald Sutherland, Katayoon Shahabi and Arnaud Desplechin.
