The opening of the Fondazione Prada in Milan, which took place last May along with Expo Milano 2015, has shaken in a very positive way the cultural landscape of the Italian city.
Besides the permanent exhibition and the spaces dedicated cyclically to different artists, the space presents a little cinema with soft yellow velvet seats, conceived with the purpose of proposing often forgotten masterpieces of the international art cinema.
After the success of the season curated by Roman Polanski – My Inspirations – the service comes back thanks to the contribution of another author: Alejandro González Iñárritu. Flesh, Mind and Spirit, that’s the name of the cinematographic cycle curated by the Mexican director, will debut on January 13rd and will end up on February 1st. Among the works selected by González Last Year At Marienbad by Alain Resnais (1961), Fists in the Pocket by Marco Bellocchio (1965) and Padre Padrone by Paolo and Vittorio Taviani (1977).
