Dreamy Palais Bulles is on sale
October 8th, 2015
Do you remember the extraordinary location situated on the French Riviera which hosted the show for the Dior Cruise 2016 collection? It's the Palais Bulles, owned by the Italian-born naturalized-French fashion designer Pierre Cardin and work of the Hungarian architect Antii Lovag built in 1989.
Although the structure may seem characterized by a futuristic design, the architect was inspired by the ancestral homes: especially the caves, investigated in the harmony of their shapes.
Today this architectural masterpiece - which covers an area of 1 200 square meters of living space and 8,500 external - was put on sale. Forbes estimates that the starting price is around 400 million euros. An important figure of course, justified by the uniqueness of the design and by extension the entire estate: developed on six levels, the space counts on the presence of a swimming pool and several smaller basins, a huge garden, 10 suites (all with rounded walls and beds, obviously) and at least six bathrooms, as well as an amphitheater that can accommodate up to 500 people.
A château of modern times: we hope at least it will fall into the hands of the right person.
