Less is more

Complicating our lives is not so complicated, while synthesizing, summarizing and aiming for simplicity has become extremely complex over the years.

Think about it when you reflects on the answers to a riddle: you almost always end up in intricate and tangled thoughts, when the response is often the most obvious and banal ever.

Also making art with little is not simple: basically, doing 'simple' art is not simple.

For Jason Parker, however, that's quite natural. He only needs a pencil and a piece of paper, and he's done!

He makes drawings that capture the attention, which seem to tell something or that make you imagine many different stories.
