WALD AUS WALD: a review of nature in Asian art

Se per caso siete in giro per Hong Kong, e non sapete da dove iniziare il vostro giro, vi proponiamo l' hong kong art centre che entro la fine di questa settimana ospiterà un’istallazione di Takashi Kuribayashi, “wald aus wald”, che vi permetterà di entrare in un'altra dimensione. Entrare. Il termine è quanto mai appropriato in quanto la vostra testa riuscirà ad oltrepassare un soffitto fittizio che darà spazio ad un paesaggio innevato con alberi che galleggiano al di sopra del pavimento di una sala,  l'opera è parte di una mostra intitolata “Visione della natura” .
Con questa mostra, la hkac si focalizza sul ruolo che la natura ha nell’arte asiatica, con la collaborazione dell'artista del sol levante, noto per saper sconvolgere in maniera decisa le idee convenzionali e la logica, e che affronta a maggior ragione questo tema in un modo così mistico che vi lascerà attoniti e senza respiro.
