Limi Feu SS 2013 collection

Avere un padre famoso, non è sempre cosa semplice, tanto meno se si condivide lo stesso mestiere. Yohji Yamamoto è quello di Limi Feu. Da lui la ragazza ha ereditato l’amore per i colori scuri, la stratificazione, l’asimmetria ed i volumi maxi. Tutte queste caratteristiche si possono ritrovare nella proposta per la prossima estate di Limi. Tutti gli abiti, rigorosamente declinati in bianco e nero, si ispirano alla leggendaria figura del personaggio più celebre di Chaplin, Charlot.  Ogni capo è oversized, la salopette, la giacca-kimono, pantaloni e gonne a vita alta. Nella moda di Limi si può rivedere il padre, ma anche la possibilità di uscire dalla sua ombra.

Having a famous father, is not always easy, even less if you share the same profession. Yohji Yamamoto is the one of Limi Feu. From him she has inherited the love for dark colors, layering, asymmetry and maxi volumes. All these features can be found in the Limi’s proposal for next summer. All dresses, declined in strictly black and white,  are inspired by the legendary figure of the  most famous Chaplin’s character, Charlot. Each item is oversized, salopette, jacket-kimono, high-waisted pants and skirts. In the fashion of Limi you can see her father, but also the opportunity to get out of his shadow.
