Naked Men

Il Leopold Museum di Vienna ha aperto le porte al pubblico, i più curiosi potranno visitare la mostra tanto criticata "Naked Men"fino al 4 Marzo 2013. L'esposizione contiene più di 300 opere tra quadri, foto e sculture sulla rappresentazione del corpo maschile nell'arte. Lo scorso ottobre è stato pubblicato il manifesto dell'evento che raffigurava tre uomini nudi, opera degli artisti francesi Pierre & Gilles, i quali, dopo numerose polemiche, hanno dichiarato che non è stato loro intento ferire la sensibilità di qualcuno. Bella o brutta che sia, tutta questa storia è servita a incrementare il numero dei visitatori nel museo della capitale austriaca.

The Leopold Museum in Vienna opened its doors to the public, the curious can visit the exhibition much criticized "Naked Men" until March 4, 2013. The exhibition contains more than 300 works including paintings, photos and sculptures on the representation of the male body in art. Last October was posted on the event poster depicting three naked men, the work of French artists Pierre & Gilles, who, after much controversy, said that it was not their intention to hurt the feelings of someone. Good or bad it is, this whole story has served to increase the number of visitors in the museum of the Austrian capital.
