Tempo fa ci stupivano con i cerchi nel grano, Simon Beck invece lo fa con i cerchi nella neve fresca. Dal 2004 l'artista inglese, durante il periodo invernale si trasferisce a Les Arcss, famoso ski resort in Francia, dove ogni anno da vita a queste opere del tutto inspiegabili nella sua manifattura e cura. Lui ammette di aiutarsi inizialmente con un processo di mappatura digitale, poi è in grado di segnare alcuni punti di riferimento in mezzo alla neve che guidano i suoi schemi precisi a piedi.
