Beyond Fashion was born in September 2023 as a digital cover for nss magazine, featuring a round table with 15 emerging designers who were asked about alternative systems for making fashion and their challenges as independents. The digital cover then evolved into a section of the website and a newsletter, driven by the ongoing research that fuels the very essence of the magazine. Beyond Fashion celebrates its first anniversary with an event on September 22, marking both the end and a departure from Milan Fashion Week and its conventions, by inviting talents who have demonstrated their uniqueness in breaking the fashion industry's norms, from MOWALOLA to PROTOTYPES.
