Erreà homages the National Teams of the UEFA Kit Assistance Scheme with a jersey
A present for UEFA's 70th anniversary
November 14th, 2024
To celebrate the 70th anniversary of UEFA, Erreà is launching an exclusive jersey that combines elegance, innovation, and sustainability, paying homage to a historic milestone in European football. Featuring a neutral tone and a crisscross lace-up neckline, the jersey stands out with gold details, including the Erreà logo and the official UEFA 70th anniversary symbol, created specifically for the occasion. Since 2022, Erreà has been a partner of the countries participating in the UEFA Kit Assistance Scheme, an initiative supporting select European football federations. In honor of this partnership, the new jersey will be worn by the national teams of Andorra, Belarus, Cyprus, the Faroe Islands, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, and San Marino. Each jersey displays the national flag at its center, symbolizing the identity and pride of each country.
The jersey is made with Future fabric, crafted from recycled fibers and developed through advanced technology following years of research, ensuring lightness, elasticity, and maximum breathability. It adapts perfectly to athletes’ movements, optimizing performance on the field. An ISO 14067 certified analysis, conducted by the BCorp company ACBC – Erreà’s official sustainability consulting partner – has shown that this jersey reduces CO₂ emissions by 25.4% compared to traditional fabric. This important result aligns with the goals outlined in Erreà's Sustainability Manifesto, published last March, which aims to reduce the carbon footprint per unit by 30% and increase the use of sustainable materials by 20% by 2030. With this initiative, Erreà reaffirms its commitment to sustainable innovation in sports, actively contributing to building a more responsible future for football and the environment.
