Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance release their first football boot

The New York-based brand Aimé Leon Dore has a strong connection with both sports and New Balance. The brand's collections draw heavily from the American sports imagination: basketball, American football, but especially baseball. However, it had yet to carve out a real space for football - it has waited a long time to debut in the crowded boot market with a refined item, choosing an excellent partner with whom it already boasts a significant connection. Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance present the new Furon 7+ Pro FG boot, designed to enhance the precision and speed of the world's top players. The boot, already seen on the feet of British talent Bukayo Saka, is rich in aesthetic details. Starting from the tip, which features a gradient coloration that fades towards the central part of the upper.

The New Balance logo, a brand that has consolidated its presence in football in recent years by sponsoring athletes such as Timothy Weah and Wojciech Szczęsny, is undoubtedly the most notable feature of the boot. It is rendered in a special green version with a gold border, and only the keenest observers will catch the reference to this color scheme, inspired by the New Balance 550 sneaker collaboration with Aimé Leon Dore, first released by the brands in 2021. Streetwear, fashion, and football are sublimated through an elegant color scheme worthy of being remembered for years to come and that, upon closer inspection, is almost a shame to dirty.
