Aries x Umbro, the collection for the 100th anniversary of the brand Dedicated to the English Rose and the Lion

On the occasion of the centenary of Umbro, the British sports brand joins forces once again with Aries for the third chapter of their highly celebrated collaboration. Drawing inspiration from Umbro's football tradition and its historic relationship with the English game, Aries x Umbro has released an exclusive celebratory collection in "red, white, and blue" sportswear, just in time for the start of Euro 2024. The capsule collection includes two classic short-sleeved football jerseys, a long-sleeved goalkeeper jersey, football shorts, and kit accessories, as well as a limited edition navy blue lace football jersey, exclusive to Aries with a run of only 100 jerseys for the centenary.

In the football jerseys, the "Aries A-Rose" graphic from the Aries archive has been reproduced and repeated throughout the background with a subtle all-over pink print, a tribute to the "English Rose". The traditional jerseys are available in both red and white, with the recognizable "Aries Temple" logo on the left chest and the "Double Diamond" logo of Umbro on the right. The goalkeeper jersey features a tonal black print inspired by the lion, representing England's history with the legendary creature, and hidden references to the mythological Aries in the all-over print, including the Latin motto "If you kill it, it will come back stronger". The original Umbro Centenary graphic, featured on the back of all jerseys, is the number "100". This graphic was created by combining the iconic collaborative font of Aries x Umbro, previously seen in previous collaborations, and the "double diamond" logo of Umbro, bringing together the three elements of this celebratory collaboration: Aries, Umbro, and 100 years.

Aries x Umbro was launched on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 and is available on the brand's website here.
