The collection by LeBron James and Liverpool

Just a few days after the new record of points achieved, engraved in the history of NBA by LeBron James, the first ever to reach 40,000 points scored in his career, Liverpool and the superstar of the Los Angeles Lakers have launched the second chapter of their collection created together, which combines the aesthetics of the two sports. Basketball and football are thus united through jerseys and game shirts, but also through lifestyle garments and two sneaker models. LeBron James and Virgil Van Dijk are at the forefront of this campaign, which will be promoted from this weekend outside the Kop, at Niketown in London, Los Angeles and New York.

The collection includes a short-sleeved black football jersey, a basketball jersey and shorts, a football jacket and T-shirts. The gold details recall the inscription "You'll Never Walk Alone", the historic anthem of the Reds, and LeBron's motto "Strive for Greatness". The collection also includes a pair of sneakers. The LFC x LeBron Nike NXXT Gen Amplified have a sole inspired by Akron, a tribute to LeBron's roots, and AirZoom cushioning. Although at first glance the relationship between LeBron James and Liverpool may seem coincidental, it is important to remember that the basketball player became one of the minority shareholders of the Reds through his investment in Fenway Sports Group (FSG).
