Barcelona will wear a kit dedicated to the Rolling Stones After those for Drake and Rosalía, a new shirt for the Clásico against Real Madrid

Update 19/10/23:

After various rumours in recent weeks, today the official confirmation arrived from Barcelona, who through a photo posted on their social channels unveiled the blaugrana jersey with one of the most iconic logos in the world of music, that of the Rolling Stones. An operation as always possible thanks to Spotify, which since becoming the main sponsor of the Catalan club has created unique, one-off jerseys, capable of making fans and collectors alike happy.

After Drake and Rosalía, the protagonists will be the famous band who, after 18 years, returns with a studio album, and what better occasion than the Clásico, one of the most watched matches in the world that pits the two most emblazoned teams in Spain against each other, and which has not failed to live up to expectations. Waiting to find out who will be next, after their collaboration with AC Milan, the Rolling Stones once again link up with football in a totally unexpected way.

We're still a few days away from the first Clásico de La Liga 2023/24, the first leg between Barcelona and Real Madrid will be played at Camp Nou on matchday 11, and the Blaugrana seem to be preparing a special jersey for the game, just like last season. Thanks to Spotify's sponsorship of the jerseys, Barcelona replaced the streaming platform's logo with those of international artists such as Drake and Rosalía last season, turning the jerseys into sought-after special editions. The collaboration with the two artists had come about to celebrate the milestone of 50 billion streams on the Canadian artist's platform, while for Rosalía the occasion was the release of her new album Motomami.

This coming 29 October, it seems Barcelona will dedicate the Clásico jersey to a band that made music history and is returning with a studio album after 18 years. Hackney Diamond by the Rolling Stones - which is released on 20 October - will be one of the most eagerly awaited record releases of the end of the year and it seems that the band's logo could appear on the match jerseys. The most famous tongue in rock history, inspired by Mick Jagger's mouth and designed in 1971 by a young English student who was paid £50, will add another piece to the list of special jerseys the Spanish club is making as part of its partnership with Spotify.
