The football shirt is a symbol of belonging and aggregation, the fans in the early years of the club's history became fond of the colors, as we became fond of flags, coats of arms and banners centuries ago. Logos, players, memorable seasons and, increasingly, the shirt were added to the package of symbols that formed the identities of the individual clubs, punctuated by the evolution of materials and designs. There are companies like Inter, and brands like Nike that have marked the evolution of football aesthetics and the memory of several generations of fans, helping to form a taste of inspiration for artists and creatives. For the launch of the new 2023/24 Home kit, the Nerazzurri asked four creatives from Milan to tell us what the Inter shirt means to them, how it entered their lives and how it continues to influence their work and the community they managed to create.
The rapper Tedua, the Dj Nina, the photographer Tony Brugnoli and the author Naomi Accardi touch on some interesting points to define the link between the football shirts and the fans, and how it has formed their passion and the way it affects the projects they develop every day. For Brugnoli "being an Inter fan means belonging to a family and this thing is felt in Milan", therefore a sort of exchange, also confirmed by Nina, who wants to connect the public and music just as Inter connects fans and football. Football is also the inspiration for Naomi Accardi, as well as for Tedua, who admits "Going to San Siro and watching Ronaldo playing, how could I not be an Inter fan".
