After designing Predators with Pogba, the English designer returns to the world of football with an entire collection

A few months after the vegan leather Predators, Stella McCartney has returned to collaborate with adidas and this time has created an entire collection for the Arsenal women's team. The collection comes after Fashion Week, which this season again demonstrated the strong link between football and high fashion. The English designer has created a shirt, a pair of shoes, a tracksuit and several hoodies with an animal pattern, all rigorously accompanied by the social colours of the Highbury club.
As mentioned earlier, this is not the first time that adidas has decided to collaborate with the British designer, an operation that confirms how the relationship between football and fashion is becoming increasingly consolidated, as also attested to by the jerseys made by the German brand with Pharrell Williams for Manchester United, Real Madrid, Arsenal and Bayern Munich. For the vegan leather Predators, Stella McCartney had limited herself to modifying the colouring, leaving the design intact, without laces and dominated by DEMOSKIN technology, while this time she had the chance to rethink the Gunners' famous red jersey, adding a spotted pattern reminiscent of tiger skin to the classic red.
