Louis Vuitton made a dress inspired by NFL jerseys

Louis Vuitton has let itself be influenced by the frenzy that accompanies the arrival of the Super Bowl, the most anticipated sporting event in the U.S., by creating two items that take their cues from the aesthetics of NFL players' jerseys. The first is a relaxed-cut sweater with a deep V-neck, typical of NFL jerseys, and a black and yellow contrast. On the chest is a woven jacquard with the letters LV in a font reminiscent of those used by sports logos, while on the back the Vuitton name is inserted as if it were that of a player and features the number 00 underneath.

The second is a kit inspired by the colors worn by the Los Angeles Chargers, owners of one of the most beautiful jerseys of this NFL season, light blue and gold. It consists of a technical fabric and mesh jersey, which features both the Vuitton name and number 00 on the front and back and the Chargers logo on the sleeves, and a pair of shorts embellished with the LV monogram and game number.
