adidas launches the new X SPEEDFLOW

Speed in football is becoming an increasingly central element and brands must also align with the demands of their players. adidas responds to competitors by launching the new X SPEEDFLOW, one of the lightest football boots ever produced by German laboratories. This new model will be worn by the best players of the adidas Team such as Lionel Messi - who will wear an "X" after 6 seasons - Mohamed Salah, Heung-Min Son, Karim Benzema but also female talents such as Lindsey Horan and Vivianne Miedema. Athletes were central throughout the R&D process and their feedback on stability, safety and fit guided the adidas designers.

From a technical point of view, the shoe changes a lot compared to the X Ghosted: the structure of the boot has an optimized frame with a reticular structure that wraps the foot, providing support and stability in every direction; the speedframe carbitex sole allows players a greater linear speed; in the forefoot part there is a carbon insert that allows you to cushion and control the power discharged on the pitch; the lightweight primeknit upper offers the best possible fit for those who base all their game in tight spaces and sudden accelerations.

The new adidas X SPEEDFLOW are part of the new pack - the Meteorite Pack - of the three stripes together with the COPA Sense.1 and Predator Freak +. They were all launched in the same colourway, a flaming red with orange and fluorescent green details.
