Equipo FC has created a rug inspired by the mascot of France '98

After transforming the football shirts of PSG, Barcelona, Chelsea, Roma and Tottenham into a shopping bag, Equipo FC has decided to revive one of the most iconic mascots of the FIFA World Cups ever. The Spanish creative studio has decided to launch a new line of homegear-related products and started with Footix, the cockerel symbol of the 1998 World Cup inspired by the Asterix design - from which it takes its name by mixing "football" and "Asterix".

Made entirely by hand with acrylic wool and recycled materials, Equipo FC's football rug is already available on the website of the Spanish creative studio. After the footbags launched in July 2020, comes the first of a long series of home accessories that will revolutionize the style of your room.
