From beach towels to water bottles to bed sheets, there is now no item or accessory that clubs do not produce. The football merchandising market is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in the sport-business, in it you can find everything, for a couple of years now the leitmotif is "widen", expand the catalogue as much as possible. Barcelona is one of the most active clubs and in its catalogue it is possible to find more than 500 different products, signed both by Nike and by the club itself.
Given the large number of items, we have compiled a shopping guide that is almost perfect for the summer, so that you don't have to abandon your style even when you go to the beach. From bucket hats and swimming costumes to some quirky accessories you didn't know you needed, but will now become essential.
Bucket Hat
The "bucket hat" has its roots in Ireland at the beginning of the 20th century. Thanks to its composition, it became a hat used mainly by farmers and fishermen to prevent rain. But it is also the perfect item for the beach to protect you from the sun's hot rays. A model that for years has been part of the dress code of English hooligans and that a true football fan can't not wear. Among the coolest, we chose the simple Tottenham one in two different shades of blue, the lower part lighter while the other is dark with the club logo. Then there's the reversible Paris Saint Germain bucket hat, white and red with the logo of course. If you're not satisfied with these two, Liverpool's hat comes to the rescue: teal green with small logos repeated all over the hat.
Costumes
An essential item that should not be missing is a swimming costume. Without it you can't go anywhere, or almost anywhere. Those of Inter Milan and Barcelona are similar in cut and style to football trousers, always in order not to be too far from the pitch, with the social colours of the two clubs. Or something more sober like Chelsea's, simple and formal navy blue, in perfect Roman Abramovič style, try to imagine him now in his mega yacht just waking up in this costumes.
Sunglasses
From one essential item to another, sunglasses. There's not much choice, the models are mostly classic, only the lens colours vary. But if your look is that of a classic German tourist with sandals and socks, then Bayern sunglasses are for you. If, on the other hand, your style is more classic and formal, you'll want to go for the Juventus glasses. Or if you're still longing for the 90s vibe, the Manchester United glasses with coloured lenses are just what you're looking for.
Beach towel
And if you go to the beach, you certainly can't forget the towel, the perfect item to show everyone your faith or the club you sympathise with. The three choices here are all dictated by the inherent elegance of these towels. From the total black Barca towel to the red and blue Paris Saint Germain towel and the Ralph Loren x Wimbledon towel, which, although not related to football, should be included for its class and style.
Flip-flops
The summer heat means that closed-toe shoes make way for closed-toe shoes, so the perfect flip-flops or flip-flops could not be missing from the shopping guide. All models are more or less the same, with the logo and name of the team, such as those of Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund. The Juventus model differs slightly from the other two due to its more classic colours.
