What does Virgil Abloh have to do with Inter?
After the stories of Vuitton's artistic director, some fans begin to dream

While half of Milan was celebrating the Nerazzurri Scudetto, another fan far from the Milanese city wanted to pay the right homage to Antonio Conte's boys. Virgil Abloh, founder of Off-White and artistic director of Louis Vuitton menswear, in fact shared a story while wearing the Inter shirt, immediately making the fans of the Milanese club dream. If president Zhang and Lukaku wasted no time reposting and responding to Abloh's story, the most fashion addicted part of the fans began to travel with their imagination, dreaming of a collaboration between the club and Virgil.
Although there is no news on the matter, it is now clear that Inter are trying to follow the path traced by different clubs (PSG above all), increasingly embracing the world of fashion and streetwear. The two Air Force 1s released in a limited edition only a few weeks ago say so, as well as the "I'M INTERNAZIONALE MILANO" campaign in which some historical faces of the club and other famous fans wore items from the Nocta line created by Drake in collaboration with Nike. Furthermore, last year came the news of a collaboration between the club and Palm Angels, which, although waiting for news, represents a further clue towards the "fashionization" of Inter.
A process that has its foundations in the now clear relationship between football and fashion, the one passed through the collaborations between Juventus and Palace, PSG and Jordan Brand up to the last collaboration between Naples and Burlon. If Inter really want to find its role in this extra football match, the idea of involving an excellent fan like Virgil Abloh could be a winning move, putting a top player at home who can change the fate of the match.
