Did Palace dedicate a jersey to AS Roma?
In the Spring 2021 collection there are two items with the Capitoline Wolf
February 9th, 2021
Last Friday Palace unveiled the lookbook dedicated to the Spring 2021 collection and among the items shot by photographer Frank Lebon there are two that could relate to AS Roma. Between Lucien Clarke, Charlie Birch, Chewy Canon and Kyle Wilson, a t-shirt and a baseball cap with the words "Palasonic" - complete with reference to the Roman columns - and the logo of Rome, or AS Roma, appear. The London brand has never hidden the passion for football aesthetics and once again the style of the world of football has influenced the garments of the new collection.
But there is not only football. There is also a lot of rugby in the lookbook presented 3 days ago, with many symbols of the most famous rugby teams in the world. Even if we are not talking about collabo in the strict sense (the logo of Rome coincides in some ways with the logo of the capital), there are many occasions in which the brand of Lev Tanju has come into direct contact with sport: from Palace x Juventus of 2019 to the partnership with Rapha of the last Giro d'Italia, passing through the collaboration of 3 with adidas and Wimbledon up to the green garments proposed together with the three stripes in the golf version.
