Louis Vuitton and NBA transform Madison Square Garden The new virtual shopping experience in the Mecca of basketball

Louis Vuitton and the NBA increasingly at work to exploit a professional league in which fashion seems to be perfect for any occasion. After presenting the new collection with the logo that portrays Jerry West on the products of the French maison, the two partners return to collaborate transforming the Madison Square Garden - according to all the players the Mecca of basketball - into a gigantic space to exhibit all the items designed and designed by Virgil Abloh.

The NBA is one of the organizations that focuses more on new ways of using the sports product. It was the first league to give fans the opportunity to watch a game in VR mode as if they had a front row seat and likewise want to replicate the virtual shopping experience at the MSG. Fully branded parquet with the colors of the LV x NBA capsule and all the products - shoes, bags, prêt-à-porter, jewelery and travel cases - displayed on the sacred floor of what has been renamed "The World's Most Famous Arena".

"Louis Vuitton and the NBA are both icons and leaders in their respective fields, and the joining of the two promises exciting and surprising moments, forging historic memories together" said Michael Burke, president and CEO of Louis Vuitton. The two brands approached and showed themselves to the world for the first time at the NBA Global Game in Paris, when the Louis Vuitton travel case - made in the Asnières laboratories - was presented a few months later to the Los Angeles Lakers.
