The Nike limited edition jersey of Corinthians FC

Corinthians FC have released a special shirt in honour of former goalkeeper Ronaldo Soares Giovanelli, the third most present player in Timao history and winner of the club's first Brazilian championship. In addition to its three Nike game kits, the Sao Paulo club wanted to celebrate with a special edition jersey the great goalkeeper born in 1967, who with Timao played 206 games and won 3 Paulista Championships, 1 Brazilian Championship, 1 Brazilian Cup and 1 Super Cup of Brazil. Of this special game uniform there are only 90 models, numbered from 1 to 90 - like the year the first Brazilian tournament was won -, and sold with special packaging.

The reference to Giovanelli follows the Corinthians home kit that recalls the victory of the Brazilian championship in 1990, the first in the history of Timao and of which Giovanelli was one of the protagonists. The kit is entirely black with the top of the shirt consisting of a black and white diamond pattern. This pattern follows the goalkeeper's jersey of the 1989/90 season worn by Giovanelli. At the bottom right is depicted - in white - a small mark celebrating the victory of that championship.
