The n° 10 jersey by NR x Patta
Inspired by that of Napoli of Maradona season '88/'89
June 8th, 2020
Patta worked with the iconic Italian sportswear brand NR on an unforgettable football shirt. The NR x Patta No. 10 shirt is clearly inspired by that of Napoli worn during the '88 -'89 season, the year in which the Neapolitans won the UEFA Cup led by Diego Armando Maradona.
Founded by the former footballer Nicola Raccuglia, NR was the technical sponsor of numerous Italian football teams in the 1980s and is known for its exceptional Made in Italy quality. The NR x Patta football shirt n. 10 is manufactured in the authentic NR way, made of the highest quality acrylic material and is only available in two sizes, with its elastic character ensuring a size for S, M and L and the other XL and XXL.
The front of the shirt sees the old sponsor (Mars) replaced with the Patta brand and has NR embroidered applications and a Patta Panther patch. The back is instead decorated with the number 10 in white fabric, sewn with a zigzag stitch.
