The short movie about the Liverpool striker made by the young Gabriel Moses is a beauty

Gabriel Moses is only 20 years old, as a child wanted to be a footballer but became famous as one of the best-perspective young British video-makers: he has already worked with sports giants like Nike, adidas and PUMA, but also for Off-White and Alyx, and recently founded Young Athlete TV. The last work concerns a young player and is called 'A Portrait of Divock Origi', and the protagonist is the Belgian Liverpool striker, one of the great surprises of last season.
Despite not usually figure in the starting lineup, Divock Origi entered in the recent Liverpool history thanks to some crucial goals: the one in the extra time of the derby against Everton, the brace in the Champions League semifinals against Barcelona and the other one in the final, against Tottenham. Differently from the recent video with the talent of Chelsea, Callum Hudson-Odoi, in the Origi short video Moses wanted to focus more on the man than on the player, filming almost exclusively inside his apartment in a very intimate way, thanks to a very use interesting of the light and without giving up providing great views of the city of Liverpool.
“The aim of the film was to paint a picture of Divock as a human being as opposed to a footballer, through a series of portraits & vignettes – they are almost like moving still images.”
