Cristiano Ronaldo is Instagram's highest earner in the world
The Portuguese makes about 43 million Euros through his sponsored posts in the last year

After having talked many times about his football records, Cristiano Ronaldo continues to shine also on Instagram: according to a study published on Buzz Bingo, in fact, the Portuguese star earns over 43 million euros from his sponsored posts, more than fashion and music celebrities like Kendall Jenner (just 14.4) and many more than the eternal competitor Leo Messi, second in this special ranking with 21.1. After having been the first for follower acquisition in the calendar year in 2017 and having passed Selena Gomez in 2018 for the number of followers (a number that grows daily and today reaches 186 million) CR7 thanks to sponsored posts also exceeds the revenue his very rich annual salary to Juventus of around 31 million euros.
The study includes six overall categories (Celebrity, Sport, Fashion, Travel, Fitness, Beauty), and in the general Top 10 there are six football players: in the fourth place there's David Beckham (although a former footballer), on the sixth Neymar Jr, seventh Zlatan Ibrahimovic and ninth Ronaldinho.
In the last 12 months Cristiano Ronaldo posted as many as 49 sponsored posts about perfumes, clothing, hair products and body care, from which he earned about 875k euros each.
