The contract with the Hammers was renewed until 2023, and Umbro presented in the same day the Home and the Away shirt that West Ham will wear during the 2019/2020 season, both inspired by those worn by the Irons in the early 1980s and especially those produced by Admiral with which the London team won the FA Cup. For this reason, the launch campaign is called 'Then.Now.Forever, Inspired By The Class Of '80'.
The only details in common between the two jerseys are the V-neck and the small patch under the collar, in the back: for the rest the Home shirt is claret and blue as usual with very thin horizontal lines in the upper part; while the second is almost entirely white, with a collar that recalls the social colors and small blue inserts on the shoulders and shorts.
