Manchester City third kit is purple and orange

In the last days, Nike Football has been busy presenting all the third kits for its clubs, starting with the release of AS Roma third jerseys. Today is the turn of Manchester City, that has just had a record-breaking season in the Premier League. The third kit, that will be used by Guardiola’s boys during the European campaign’s matches, features several interesting elements, from the design to the peculiar colorway.

In fact, the Manchester-based club’s new third shirt features a combination of ‘striking orange’ and ‘dark purple’ and sees the return of the diagonal stripe on the chest, seen the last time in the 2010/11 season. More, just like happened for AS Roma, City new third kit features a series of aerial views of the city of Manchester, the industrial area, and the Etihad Stadium.
