The English club is the first to inaugurate a long series of presentations of the new jerseys

For a few seasons, the brands that produce the kits for the football clubs are increasingly presenting the new kits at the end of the previous season, maybe for a cup final or for the last game of the league. Liverpool and New Balance’s, though, has to be a new record, as today the Merseyside club has already introduced the new 2018/19 kit.

Even with four games yet to be played in the Premier League and a Champions League semifinal against Roma ahead, the Reds already released the new shirts, presented this morning with a video released through the social channels of the club. It’s legit to expect Firmino, Salah, and the other players to wear it soon, maybe in the two European clashes against the Giallorossi. The kit, made by New Balance Football once again, maintains the iconic Liverpool red, with a lighter use of white than the actual kit.
On the red basis, with an irregular pattern on it, there are just two white stripes on the neck collar and the shoulders, the same color used for jersey sponsor, New Balance branding, and Liverpool crest, that this year was yellow. The price is also interesting, as the English club is selling it for £55 (about €65), way less than the prices of Serie A kits. The Reds also presented the goalkeeper kit, that will be yellow with black detailing and branding.
