If you’ve ever watched an NBA game even on tv, you perfectly know that the American basketball games are way more than simple sports events, but proper entertainment occurrences where the franchises try to involve spectators with shows, games, and competitions. Well, during the game that will be played tonight at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, the Pistons and Nike will put up for grabs one of the most hype prizes ever seen in the history of the league: a life-long sneaker furniture.
The Pistons Mascot (Hooper) and the Entertainment team, in fact, will randomly select five of the most heated supporters in the stands at halftime, then announcing the lucky winner at the end of the third quarter. The winner will receive “Nike Shoes for Life”, a gift card equivalent to the cost of one pair of Nike shoes annually for 50 years, with a total estimated prize package retail value of $6,250. There’s only one problem for Italian sneakerheads: you only have about 15 hours to book a plane, buy a ticket and try to win the prize.
